We reply promptly. We will answer any questions you have about the puppy, health records, or delivery.
Reserve with a deposit and sign the agreement.
A deposit holds your puppy. We will send a written agreement that covers everything before any money changes hands.
Your puppy comes home.
We will discuss pickup and delivery options with you directly.

We answer your questions first. Only when you are comfortable and ready do we move to a deposit and a written agreement.

We reply as soon as we can. If you send a message over a weekend, expect a reply by Monday morning.
No. Send us a message first and we will answer your questions. Once you are ready, a deposit holds the puppy while we prepare the paperwork.
The deposit takes the puppy off the market while we prepare the paperwork. The amount will be confirmed when we reply. Once you sign the agreement, we count down the days until your puppy comes home.
The agreement covers the price, what is included (the six health items), the deposit amount, the delivery or pickup date, and both of our responsibilities. Nothing is hidden.
New litters happen regularly. If the puppy you like is gone, send us a message with what you are looking for and we will keep you in mind for the next litter.
